摘　　要：病险水库除险加固工程建设项目管理与质量控制是水库除险加固工程建设的重要环节,对水库工程高质量施工具有十分重要的意义。为此,结合北盘江青底河猫石头水库除险加固工程建设项目管理与质量控制研究实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,了解工程概况,首先围绕工程项目建设机构设置及工作、主要项目招标投标过程、工程概算与投资计划、合同管理、材料及设备供应、资金管理与合同价款结算等主要方面实施猫石头水库除险加固工程建设项目管理分析;同时,着重从工程质量管理体系和质量监督、工程项目划分、质量控制和检测及质量等级评定等几个方面做好工程质量控制分析研究。可为类似病险水库除险加固工程建设项目管理与质量控制提供借鉴参考。The construction project management and quality control of the dangerous reservoir reinforcement project is an important link of the reservoir reinforcement project construction,which is of great significance to the high-quality construction of the reservoir project.To this end,the research case of construction project management and quality control of Maoshitou Reservoir Reinforcement Project in Qingpu River,Beipan River is analyzed and researched.The the general situation of the project is understood.Firstly,the construction project management analysis of the Maoshi Reservoir Reinforcement Project is carried out from the main aspects of the project construction organization,bidding and bidding process of main project,project budget and investment plan,contract management,material and equipment supply,fund management and contract price settlement.At the same time,it focuses on the analysis and research of project quality control from several aspects,such as project quality management system,quality supervision,project division,quality control and testing and quality grade evaluation.It can provide reference for the construction project management and quality control of similar dangerous reservoir reinforcement projects.
