摘  要:目的探讨IDEAL序列抑制钴铬合金口腔修复体MRI伪影的效果。方法通过统计学方法比较33例志愿者头颈部IDEAL序列和常规T_(2)序列的钴铬合金口腔修复体伪影面积及鼻咽顶壁、腮腺浅叶的信噪比(SNR)。结果IDEAL序列的钴铬合金口腔修复体MRI伪影面积(666.73 mm±80.30 mm)小于T_(2)序列(771.97 mm±70.58 mm),并且其鼻咽顶壁、腮腺浅叶处的SNR也更高。结论IDEAL序列可以有效地降低钴铬合金口腔修复体周围的伪影,并提高修复体周围的软组织SNR,提供更高质量的图像。Objective To explore the effect of IDEAL sequence to restrain MRI artifact of cobalt-chrome dental prosthesis.Methods A total of 33 healthy volunteers were enrolled,and area of artifact,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of nasopharyngeal wall and superficial lobe of parotid gland were compared between IDEAL sequence and conventional T_(2)sequence.Results The area of MRI artifact of cobalt-chrome dental prosthesis of IDEAL sequence(666.73 mm±80.30 mm)was significantly smaller than that of T_(2)sequence(771.97 mm±70.58 mm),and the SNR of nasopharyngeal wall and superficial lobe of parotid gland of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter.Conclusion The IDEAL sequence can effectively reduce the MRI artifact around cobalt-chrome dental prosthesis and increase the SNR of soft tissue around the prosthesis so as to provide higher-quality image.
