摘　　要：文章旨在探讨汽车侧气帘气体发生装置的固定装置设计,并针对现有固定装置存在的问题提出改进方案,不仅为汽车侧气帘气体发生装置的固定装置提供了一种新的设计思路,并且通过实验验证了该设计方案的可行性和有效性。首先,分析了汽车侧气帘的工作原理及其在车辆安全方面的重要性,并重点关注了现有固定装置中普遍存在的问题和挑战。其次,从设计思路、关键构件设计、优化设计思路和材料选择4个方面深入探讨了新的固定装置设计方案。为了验证新设计方案的性能,研究进行了一系列的实验评估,分别对设计方案的性能评估方法、实验设备以及实验结果进行了分析。This paper aims to explore the design of the fixing device for the automobile side air curtain gas generator and propose improvement solutions for the existing problems of the current fixing device,and this paper not only provides a new design idea for the fixing device of the automobile side air curtain gas generator but also experimentally verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the design solution.Firstly,the working principle of the automobile side air curtain and its importance in vehicle safety are analyzed,with a focus on the common problems and challenges in existing fixing devices.Secondly,a new fixing device design solution is deeply explored from four aspects:design thinking,key component design,optimization design thinking,and material selection.To verify the performance of the new design solution,a series of experimental evaluations are conducted,and the performance evaluation methods,experimental equipment,and experimental results of the design solution are analyzed,respectively.
