基于环境风洞与环境仓试验结果的整车空调性能差异研究

摘  要:当前各主机厂用环境仓验证空调性能依旧是开发的主要方式,为研究整车空调性能环境风洞与环境仓试验结果的差异,文章进行了试验工况设计分析,得出如下结论:对于整车空调性能试验的验证,在动态行驶的情况,风洞和环境仓的试验结果相当;但是在怠速阶段,两者的结果会有1~2℃的误差。如果主机厂在环境仓内做空调性能试验的开发,建议将怠速阶段的车内目标降低1~2℃,以免客户实际使用过程中出现对车内舒适性的抱怨。At present,it is still the main way for vehicle to verify the performance of air conditioners by using the environmental chamber.In order to study the difference between the test results of the environmental wind tunnel and the environmental chamber for the performance of vehicle air conditioners,this paper designed the test conditions and analyzed the results.The results show that:For the verification of the performance test of vehicle air conditioners,the test results of the wind tunnel and the environmental chamber are equivalent under the dynamic driving condition.However,in the idle phase,the results of the two will be 1-2 degrees different.If the main engine factory does the development of air conditioning performance test in the environmental chamber,it is recommended to reduce the interior target of the idle stage by 1-2 degrees,so as to avoid customers'complaints about the comfort of the car in the actual use process.
