摘 要:随着智能网联汽车的快速发展,汽车电子电气系统的复杂程度越来越高,由电子电气系统功能异常引起的整车危害也随之提高,保障车辆安全运行是行业内亟需解决的难点。国际标准化组织制定了ISO 26262功能安全标准,成为指导汽车行业生产的一项安全指南,受到了全行业的高度重视。文章以电动助力转向(Electric Power Steering,EPS)系统为例,详细介绍了功能安全测试流程,基于功能安全分析导出的功能安全要求FSR,并在整车层面对功能安全要求FSR进行了测试验证。With the rapid development of intelligent connected vehicles,the complexity of automotive electronic and electrical systems has become increasingly high,and the overall harm caused by abnormal functions of electronic and electrical systems has also increased.Ensuring the safe operation of vehicles is an urgent challenge to be solved in the industry.To this end,the International Organization for Standardization has developed the ISO 26262 Functional Safety Standard,which has become a safety guide for the automotive industry and has received high attention from the entire industry.This article takes the electric power steering(EPS)system as an example and provides a detailed introduction to the functional safety testing process.Based on the functional safety analysis,the functional safety requirement FSR is derived and tested and verified at the vehicle level.
