摘 要:随着汽车朝着电气化、智能化的方向发展,对测试的要求也不断提高。一方面,手动测试已无法满足软件的变更与迭代的速度,另一方面,测试的尽早介入,对于缩短研制周期,有效降低成本也更加重要。基于硬件在环测试理念,硬件采用VT System、磁性开关,软件采用CANoe、CAPL语言构建了一个ESC(电子稳定性控制系统)线圈控测试平台,以便在产品开发的初期能便捷、快速地发现线圈控制存在的问题。With the development of automobiles towards electrification and intelligence,the requirements for testing are constantly increasing.On the one hand,manual testing cannot meet the speed of software changes and iterations,and on the other hand,early intervention in testing can shorten the development cycle and effectively reduce costs,which is even more important.Based on the hardware in the loop testing concept,a coil control testing system for the ESC(Electronic Stability Control System)module was constructed using VT System and magnetic switches as the hardware,and CANoe and CAPL languages as the software.This system can easily and quickly identify issues with the coil control of ESC in the early stages of product development.
