摘　　要：目的分析我国紧密型县域医共体研究现状及趋势,为该领域相关研究提供建议与参考。方法检索中国知网、中华医学期刊全文数据库获取相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对样本文献进行可视化分析。结果本研究共纳入553篇相关文献,整体发文量随政策推进呈现上升趋势,主要发表在中国卫生、中国农村卫生事业管理等重要期刊;当前已经形成了多个作者合作网络以及多个研究机构合作网络;目前国内对紧密型县域医共体的研究主要集中在个案的医保支付、绩效考核、信息化改革、职能转变等内部治理方面。结论紧密型县域医共体建设仍然是卫生政策与管理领域的重要研究热点、重点和焦点,但在研究视野的宏观与微观结合、研究内容的机理与路径结合、研究方法的质性与定量结合等方面应着重强化,以期我国紧密型县域医共体建设的探索与实践成为中国式卫生健康治理现代化的样板。Objective To analyze the research status and frontier trend of compact county medical community in China,and to provide suggestions and reference for related researches in this field.Methods CNKI and Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database were retrieved to obtain relevant literature of the compact county medical community,and CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the sample literature.Results A total of 553 papers were included in this study,and the overall number of publications showed an increasing trend with the promotion of relevant policies.The papers were mainly published in journals such as China Health and Chinese Rural Health Service Administration.Currently,multiple author or research institute collaborations have been formed.Current domestic researches on compact county medical community mainly focused on the internal governance aspects,such as medical insurance payment,performance assessment,informatization reform,and function transformation in individual cases.Conclusions The construction of compact county medical community is still an important research hotspot,focus and focal point in the field of health policy and management,but its researches should be strengthened in terms of macro and micro combination of research vision,mechanism and path combination of research content,and qualitative and quantitative combination of research methods.It is hoped that the exploration and practice of compact county medical community in China will become a model for the modernization of Chinese-style health governance.
