摘　　要：目的探讨会阴切开评估表在限制会阴切开中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月-2021年8月于笔者所在医院进行阴道分娩的268例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将产妇分为对照组和观察组,各134例。对照组在分娩过程中采用常规会阴保护方式;观察组使用会阴切开评估表指导会阴切开。比较2组产妇会阴损伤情况、会阴疼痛程度以及母婴结局。结果观察组产妇会阴完整率高于对照组,会阴侧切率低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.760,P=0.016;χ^(2)=38.555,P<0.001);分娩后1 d和3 d,观察组会阴疼痛评分低于对照组(t=16.461,P<0.001;t=13.533,P<0.001);观察组母婴不良结局总发生率为7.46%,低于对照组的21.64%。结论采用会阴切开评估表限制性使用会阴侧切术可减少产妇会阴侧切,减轻会阴损伤、产后疼痛,降低母婴不良结局的发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of perineotomy evaluation table in limiting perineotomy.Methods Totally 268 pregnant women who underwent vaginal delivery in our hospital between August 2020 and August 2021 were selected,and divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 134,according to a random number table.The control group delivered routinely,while the observation group was given perineal incision according to their perineal evaluation.The perineal injuries and pain,as well as the maternal and infant outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of complete perineum of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the lateral perineotomy was significantly lower than the latter group(χ^(2)=5.760,P=0.016;χ^(2)=38.555,P<0.001).One and three days after the delivery,the VAS of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=16.461,P<0.001;t=13.533,P<0.001).Moreover,the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was 7.46%,significantly lower than that of the control group(21.64%).Conclusion The perineotomy evaluation can limit the use of lateral episiotomy,reduce perineal injuries and postpartum pain,lower the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
