摘  要:针对煤矿井下带式输送机下运运输过程中易发生飞车事故,通过调节四象限变频器和盘式制动装置之间的配合关系,实现重载状态下平滑启动、停车,再辅之以电液比例阀动态调节,有效避免下运带式输送机飞车现象,实现设备安全稳定运行。In response to the possibility of flying accidents during the downward transportation of belt conveyors in coal mines,the coordination relationship between the four quadrant frequency converter and the disc brake device is adjusted to achieve smooth start and stop under heavy load conditions,supplemented by dynamic adjustment of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,effectively avoiding flying accidents of downward belt conveyors and achieving safe and stable operation of the equipment.
