摘  要:冻结法凿井施工中,由于特殊地质或水文地质条件异常等因素,造成冻结壁交圈困难,通常须准确检测出冻结壁薄弱区域,分析其原因,采取二次强化冻结或打补孔等措施,快速封闭冻结壁“窗口”。东庞矿西庞风井地层变化较大,在积极冻结期间,由于农田灌溉抽水,井筒周边静水位下降,加剧水流动,使地层水位下降,造成冻结壁交圈困难,通过采取纵向温度检测、二次强化冻结和水源井水位监测等措施,对下部冻结壁形成、“窗口”闭合、恢复掘砌施工时间等进行分析判断,保证井筒顺利恢复施工。In the construction of shaft sinking by freezing method,due to special and sudden geological or hydrogeological conditions,it is difficult to intersect the frozen wall.It is usually necessary to accurately detect the weak areas of the frozen wall,analyze the reasons,take measures such as secondary strengthening freezing or drilling holes,and quickly close the"window"of the frozen wall.The strata of the Xipang air shaft in Dongpang Mine have undergone significant changes.During the active freezing period,due to irrigation and pumping of farmland,the static water level around the shaft has decreased,exacerbating water flow and causing a decrease in the formation water level,making it difficult to intersect the frozen wall.Through measures such as longitudinal temperature detection,secondary strengthening of freezing,and water level monitoring of the water source well,the formation of the lower frozen wall,the closure of the"window",and the restoration of excavation and masonry construction time have been analyzed and judged,Ensure smooth resumption of wellbore construction.
