摘　　要：本文旨在对新版GB/T 32842-2023《城市公共自行车交通服务规范》进行解读,全面了解标准内容、编制背景、编制依据等。通过对标准的深入研究,了解我国城市公共自行车服务水平和服务质量,为城市公共自行车交通管理提供理论依据和实践指导。This article aims to interpret the new version of GB/T 32842-2023,Urban public bicycle traffic service specification,and comprehensively introduces the standard’s content,compilation background,and compilation basis.Through an in-depth study of the standard,it aims to understand the level and quality of public bicycle services in cities,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for urban public bicycle traffic management in China.
