摘　　要：检验检测机构在引用并使用标准方法前,应进行验证,以证明能够正确运用该方法,并实现所需的方法性能。本文就杜马斯燃烧法测定肥料中的总氮含量开展方法验证,对标准相关的检测人员能力、仪器设备、试剂及标准物质、方法特性参数等要素逐一进行验证,并对验证经过进行分析讨论。同时,对检测过程需要注意的问题及仪器使用注意事项等进行了研讨,以期提高试验结果的准确性,更好地为检验检测服务。Inspection authorities should verify that they can apply the standards method correctly and achieve the required method performances before citing and using the standards method.In this paper,the Dumas combustion method is used to determine the total nitrogen content in fertilizers,the test personnel ability,instrument and equipment,reagent and certified reference materials,method characteristic parameter related to standards are verified one by one,and the verification is analyzed and discussed.In order to improve the accuracy of the test results and better serve the test,the problems needing attention in the test process and the matters needing attention in the use of the instrument are discussed.
