摘　　要：目的:通过设计吉林省血液管理联网信息系统,确定业务字典编码和功能标准,实现吉林省各家血站管理信息系统接口的规范统一。方法:依托超融合和MVC框架技术构建吉林省血液管理联网信息系统,确定接口范围并制定规范。结果:形成全省血液信息系统联网接口规范,建立血液安全管理联网信息系统,实现省内血液信息资源共享、不宜献血者屏蔽、血液资源调剂管理。结论:全省血液管理联网信息系统接口规范的设计与实现,能够有效提高全省血液安全管理水平,合理分配全省血液资源,增强应急能力。Objective:To design the blood management network information system of Jilin province,determine the service dictionary coding and functional standards,and achieve the standardization and unification of the management information system interface of each blood station in Jilin province.Methods:The blood management network information system of Jilin province was constructed based on hyperfusion and MVC framework technology,and the interface scope was determined and the specification was formulated.Results:The network interface standard of blood information system was established,and the network information system of blood safety management was established to realize the sharing of blood information resources,shielding of unsuitable blood donors,and the management of blood resource allocation in the province.Conclusion:The design and implementation of the interface specification of the provincial blood management network information system can effectively improve the level of blood safety management in the province,rationally allocate blood resources in the province and enhance the emergency capacity.
