标准化管理系统在流动儿童疫苗接种中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:关于将标准化管理系统应用在流动儿童疫苗接种中的效果分析。方法:将2022年3月到2023年3月开展流动儿童疫苗接种的50例儿童随机分为观察组(26例)和对照组(24例)。观察组采用标准化管理系统实施管理,对照组则通过常规的管理方式实施干预,比较两组儿童的接种依从性和接种不良反应。结果:观察组[24/26(92.31%)]的儿童依从性明显比对照组[17/24(70.83%)]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组流动儿童监护人对疫苗接种的认知度评分比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化管理系统应用在流动儿童疫苗接种中能够提高儿童疫苗接种的依从性,提升儿童监护人对疫苗预防接种的认识能力,值得推荐。Objective:To analyze the effect of applying the standardized management system in the vaccination of floating children.Methods:A total of 50 mobile children who had been vaccinated from March 2022 to March 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=26)and a control group(n=24).The observation group was administered with standardized management system,while the control group was administered with routine management.The compliance and adverse reactions of children in the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance of children in the observation group[24/26(92.31%)]was significantly higher than that in the control group[17/24(70.83%)](P<0.05);the cognition score of the guardians of fl oating children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized management system in fl oating children vaccination can improve the compliance of children vaccination and the ability of guardians to understand vaccination,which is worth recommending.
