放化疗同步治疗晚期宫颈癌患者的标准化护理分析

摘　　要：目的:对接受放化疗同步治疗的晚期宫颈癌患者实施标准化护理情况进行分析。方法:选取的研究时间是2021年12月—2022年12月,研究对象为蚌埠医学院第一附属医院80例晚期宫颈癌患者,以随机数表法将其分为两组,对照组(n=40)用常规护理干预,观察组(n=40)用标准化优质护理进行干预,评价不同护理方法取得的收效。结果:护理干预后,观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化优质护理能够提高放化疗护理效果,可以降低并发症和不良反应发生率,有利于提升放化疗效果,值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。Objective:To analyze the standardized nursing of patients with advanced cervical cancer treated with chemoradiotherapy.Methods:80 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with standardized high-quality nursing intervention,and the results of different nursing methods were evaluated.Results:After nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized high-quality nursing can improve the nursing effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reduce the incidence of complications or adverse reactions,and is conducive to improving the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical practice.
