摘  要:随着城乡居民对医疗服务需求不断增加,国家卫健委适时出台多项指导性文件,旨在解决群众就诊医疗支付堵点,改善结算模式。临沂市中心医院充分发挥信息化手段的引领作用,研究构建了以患者为中心的门诊自主结算模式,即医生诊察费信用支付模式,以自助机和移动手机端为平台,实现了门诊就诊费用诊后一体自主结算,结合检验、取药的自动预约功能,实现了门诊就诊流程的优化。As the demand for medical services from urban and rural residents continues to rise,the National Health Commission has timely introduced a series of guiding documents aimed at addressing the payment bottlenecks in medical services for the public and improving the settlement mode.The Linyi Central Hospital has fully leveraged the leading role of information technology,conducting research to establish a patient-centered outpatient self-settlement model,specifically,the physician consultation fee credit payment model.This model utilizes self-service machines and a mobile phone platform,enabling the independent settlement of outpatient visit expenses post-consultation.Combined with the automated appointment functions for laboratory tests and medication retrieval,the optimization of the outpatient visit process has been achieved.
