基 金:高寒高效饲草料基地建设关键技术集成与示范(2023-NK-P56)
摘 要:试验筛选出适宜高寒高海拔地区(达日县)的燕麦品种,为高寒饲草料基地建设提供支撑。本研究引种7个燕麦品种,测定其株高、冠幅、叶片性状、产量和品质等指标,综合比较其生产性能并筛选适宜品种。结果表明,各供试品种中甜燕麦(TYM)的株高最高,为117.11 cm,与其他供试品种差异显著;白燕7号(BY)的冠幅为32 cm,显著高于除青引2号(QY2)外的其他燕麦品种,且BY的叶长和叶厚均最大,分别为48 cm和0.56 mm,差异显著;青甜1号(QTI)的叶宽最宽,显著高于加燕(JY1)和林纳(LN),但与其他供试品种差异不显著。QY2和BY鲜草产量最高,较QT1增产93.70%,差异显著;TYM干草产量最高,为7380 kg·hm^(-2);TYM、BY、QY2茎叶中粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量显著高于其他品种;各品种燕麦的鲜草产量与冠幅、叶长呈极显著正相关,干草产量与冠幅呈极显著正相关。由此可见,达日县建植饲草基地适宜选择青引2号、白燕7号和甜燕麦等品种,饲草产量较高。Screening out the suitable oat varieties in the alpine and high-altitude areas(Dari County)can provide the technological support for the construction of alpine forage bases.7 oat varieties were chose as the re-search subjects and plant height,crown,leaf traits,yield,quality were tested,then a comprehensive comparison of their production performance were conducted to screen the suitable varieties.The results showed that:the sweet oat(TYM)had the largest plant height of 117.11 cm,which differed significantly from the other varieties;the crown width of Baiyan 7(BY)was 32 cm,which was significantly higher than that of the other oat varieties except for Qingyin 2(QY2);BY had the largest leaf length and thickness,which were 48 cm and 0.56 mm,respective-ly.The difference of between the BY and the other varieties was significant.Qingtian sweet No.1(QTI)had the widest leaf width,which was significantly higher than that of Jiayan(JY1)and Linna(LN).but there was no sig-nificant difference between QTI and the other varieties.QY2 and BY had the highest fresh grass yields,with signif-icant 93.7%increase production compared to QT1.TYM had the highest hay yield of 7380 kg·hm^(-2).TYM,BY,TYM,BY,and QY2 had significantly higher crude protein and crude fat contents in stems and leaves.There was significantly positive correlation between crown width and leaf length for the fresh hay yield,and was signifi-cantly positive correlation between crown width for all varieties of oats.When choosing the oats varieties to build a forage base,the Qingyin No.2,Baiyan No.7 and sweet oats which have the higher forage yields should be recom-mended in Dari County.
