基于政府扶持视角下的资产专用性对农业企业投资效率影响研究

摘　　要：利用2012-2021年我国农业上市企业数据,检验资产专用性对农业企业投资效率的影响效应,在此基础上,进一步检验政府扶持对二者关系的作用效果。研究发现,资产专用性的提升有助于提高农业企业投资效率。政府扶持对二者关系产生影响时存在门槛值。当政府扶持达到一定规模后,可以强化资产专用性对农业企业投资效率的正向激励效果。Using data from listed agricultural enterprises in China from 2012 to 2021,this study empirically tests the impact of asset specificity on investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises.Based on this,further tests the effect of government support on the relationship between the two.Research has found that improving asset specificity can help improve the investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises.There is a threshold value when government support has an impact on the relationship between the two.When government support reaches a certain scale,it can strengthen the positive incentive effect of asset specificity on investment efficiency of agricultural enterprises.
