摘　　要：植物新品种权在中国经过20多年的发展,为保护育种人权益、提高育种人积极性、促进育种人进行原始创新和种业健康发展发挥了重要作用。粮食安全是国家发展的基石,超级稻为保障粮食安全作出了重要贡献,超级稻及其亲本的植物新品种权保护应受关注。统计分析了135个超级稻品种及其亲本的植物新品种权申请和授权情况、超级稻平均获得植物新品种权时间以及超级稻育种主体及分布情况,旨在提高超级稻植物新品种权保护水平,促进育种人培育更多优良超级稻品种。After more than 20 years of development in China,new plant variety rights have played an important role in protecting the rights and interests of breeders,improving the enthusiasm of breeders,promoting the original innovation of breeders and the healthy development of seed industry.Food security is the cornerstone of national development,super rice has made important contributions to ensure food security,and the protection of new plant variety rights of super rice and its parents should be paid attention to.The application and authorization of new variety rights of 135 super rice varieties and their parents,the average time for super rice to obtain new plant variety rights and the distribution of super rice breeding bodies were analyzed,aiming at improving the protection level of new plant variety rights of super rice and promoting breeders to develop more excellent super rice varieties.
