摘 要:在前期已获得华占背景的OsNRAMP5基因突变材料P7及其与隆科638S背景的OsNRAMP5基因突变材料低镉1S配制的镉低积累杂交稻组合DG801的基础上,通过在衡阳和株洲两地进行分期播种试验,研究了高温对OsNRAMP5基因突变杂交稻及其父本结实率的影响。结果表明,孕穗期和开花期同时遇高温(日最高温度≥35℃),父本P7的结实率显著低于对照,而组合DG801与对照无显著性差异,说明OsNRAMP5基因突变材料对高温的耐受性可能与遗传背景相关,杂种优势的利用可能是提高OsNRAMP5基因突变材料对高温耐受性的有效途径。研究结果对通过突变OsNRAMP5基因培育镉低积累水稻及其生产应用提供了参考。On the basis of obtaining the OsNRAMP5 mutant material P7 from Huazhan background and the low cadmium accumulation hybrid rice combination DG801 derived from P7 and the OsNRAMP5 mutant material Dige 1S from Longke 638S background,a split seeding experiment was carried out in Hengyang and Zhuzhou to study the effect of high temperature on the seed setting rate of OsNRAMP5 mutant hybrid rice and its paternal parent.The results showed that the seed setting rate of paternal P7 was significantly lower than that of the control when high temperature(daily maximum temperature≥35℃)occurred both in the booting stage and in the flowering stage,while there was no significant difference between the hybrid rice combination DG801 and the control,indicating that the tolerance of OsNRAMP5 gene mutant materials to high temperature may be related to genetic background.The use of heterosis may be an effective way to improve the high temperature tolerance of OsNRAMP5 mutant materials.The results provided a reference for the breeding of low cadmium accumulation rice by OsNRAMP5 gene mutation and its production application.
