摘  要:为了开发更为简单、高效制备氧化铝改性正极材料的方法,提升锂电池正极材料的倍率和循环性能,以聚丙烯酸铵(PAANH_(4))为分散剂制备纳米氧化铝浆料,并在锂离子电池正极材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)表面包覆纳米氧化铝。通过实验发现,PAANH_(4)添加量为4%(PAANH_(4)占氧化铝的质量分数)、球磨时间为8 h,所得纳米氧化铝粒径较小且均匀。将此纳米氧化铝浆料应用于锂离子电池正极材料改性,氧化铝的加入不改变正极材料的表面形貌、颗粒尺寸和晶体结构。在电化学性能测试中,发现在氧化铝包覆量为0.3%(质量分数,下同)时,获得较优倍率性能,在氧化铝包覆量为0.5%时,获得较优的循环稳定性能。1C倍率下,未包覆和氧化铝包覆量为0.5%的正极材料循环100次,其容量保持率分别为75.61%和84.93%。In order to develop a more simple and efficient method of alumina modified cathode materials,and improve the rate and cycle performance of lithium battery cathode materials,the preparation of nano-alumina slurry with Ammonium polyacrylate(PAANH4)as dispersant and the coating of nano-alumina on the cathode material LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)were studied.Through the experiment,it was optimized that the particle size of nano-alumina was smaller and uniform,when the addition amount of PAANH_(4)was 4%,and the milling time was 8 h.This nano-alumina slurry was used to modify the cathode material of lithium ion battery.It was found that the addition of alumina did not change the surface morphology,particle size and crystal structure of the cathode material.In the electrochemical performance test,when the alumina coating amount was 0.3%(mass fraction),better enhanced rate performance was obtained,and when the alumina coating amount was 0.5%(mass fraction),better cycling stability was obtained.At 1C rate,the capacity retention rates of uncoated and 0.5%(mass fraction)alumina-coated cathode materials were 75.61%and 84.93%after 100 times,respectively.
