摘  要:轴套是滑动轴承的重要组成部分。轴套的缺陷检测对保证产品质量、性能具有重要意义。基于对轴套缺陷特征的分析,提出采用横波水浸探伤方法对轴套缺陷进行无损检测。通过优化系统结构参数,能够检测出直径为0.5 mm的内孔缺陷。利用小波变换阈值法对采集的信号进行去噪,采用经典阈值法识别缺陷信号,以判断轴套是否合格。该检测系统具有较高的检测精度,为轴套微小缺陷检测问题提供了新的解决方案。Shaft sleeve is an important part of plain bearing,and the defect detection of shaft sleeve is of great significance to ensure product quality and performance.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of shaft sleeve defects,a transverse wave immersion testing method is proposed for non-destructive testing of shaft sleeve defects.By optimizing the system structural parameters,internal hole defects with a diameter of O.5mm can be detected.The wavelet transform threshold method is used to denoise the collected signal,and the classical threshold method is used to identify the defect signal to determine whether the shaft sleeve is qualified.The detection system has high detection accuracy and provides a new solution for detecting small defects in the shaft sleeve.
