高校图书馆图书文献资源纸电一体化建设现状——以中西部14所部省合建大学为例

摘　　要：随着数字化的发展,纸电一体化建设已成为图书馆资源建设的一大趋势。通过调研14所部省合建高校图书馆加盟CADAL联盟进行馆藏数字化的建设现状,找出了存在的问题,并从图书文献资源的版权保护、纸电图书的融合显示、图书生态链和图书管理服务平台等方面提出了实现馆藏图书纸电一体化建设的方法和策略,从而使资源的价值效益和经济效益达到最大化,为高校图书馆图书文献资源纸电融合建设提供新的思路。With the development of digitalization,the integrative construction of paper and electronic resources has become a major trend of library’s resource construction.Through the investigation of digitization construction status of li⁃braries’collection of 14 university libraries jointly built by the ministry and province after their joining CADAL alliance,this paper finds out the existing problems,and from the aspects of copyright protection of book literature resources,inte⁃grated display of paper and electronic books,ecological chain of books and library’s management&service platform,puts forward the methods and strategies to realize the integrative construction of paper and electronic books in library’s collection,thus,the value and economic benefits of resources can be maximized,and a new idea can be provided for inte⁃grative construction of paper and electronic book literature resources in university libraries.
