摘　　要：分析了山西省科技型创新人才激励政策的特点,通过问卷调研、人才访谈、与相关职能部门人员交流等多种途径和方法获取了一手资料,并结合山西省内重点城市现有的人才政策,提出了科技创新人才政策的优化建议,以期为山西省科技创新人才政策优化研究提供借鉴和参考。This paper analyzes the characteristics of incentive policies for sci-tech innovation talents in Shanxi Prov⁃ince,and obtains first-hand information through various channels and methods such as questionnaire research,talent in⁃terviews,and personnel exchanges with relevant functional departments,and combining with the existing talent policies in key cities of Shanxi Province,proposes optimization suggestions for sci-tech innovation talent policies,in order to pro⁃vide reference for the optimization research of sci-tech innovation talent policies in Shanxi Province.
