浅谈橇装装置现场安装的前提条件和要求

摘　　要：本文以橇装装置为研究对象,指出橇装装置作为一种新型的移动加油(气)设备,功能齐全,安全性高,移动性和灵活性强,安装简便,可根据客户需求迅速完成部署或转场。本文首先介绍了橇装装置现场安装作业的特点,然后从橇装装置安装的前提条件、安装过程中的控制要点、安装后的保护与交付3个方面详述了安装作业的相关要求,最后分析了影响橇装装置安装周期的因素。This paper takes skid-mounted devices as the research object and points out that as a new type of mobile refueling(gas)equipment,skid-mounted devices have complete functions,high safety,strong mobility and flexibility,simple installation,and can be quickly deployed or transferred according to customer needs.Firstly,this paper introduces the characteristics of on-site installation work of skid-mounted devices,and then elaborates on the relevant requirements of installation work from three aspects:the prerequisite conditions for installation of skid-mounted devices,control points during the installation process,and protection and delivery after installation.Finally,it analyzes the factors that affect the installation cycle of skid-mounted devices.
