摘  要:目的:优化健脾化滞丸的制备工艺。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对健脾化滞丸中的白术内酯Ⅰ进行定性鉴别;采用L_(9)(3^(3))正交试验设计,以药粉细度、干燥时间、干燥温度为考察因素;以健脾化滞丸中白术内酯Ⅰ的含量、含水量和溶散时限三者的综合得分作为评价指标,优选出健脾化滞丸的最佳制备工艺。结果:以100目的药粉细度、60℃的干燥温度、12 h的干燥时间为最佳制备工艺。结论:所建立的薄层色谱法合理可行,优选的制备工艺稳定,操作简便,有效提高了健脾化滞丸的质量。Objective:To optimize the preparation process of Jianpi Huazhi pills.Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used for qualitative identification of Atractylodes LactoneⅠin Jianpi Huazhi pills.L_(9)(3^(3))orthogonal experiment design was adopted,the fineness of drug powder,drying time,and drying temperature were taken as factors.In order to optimize the preparation process of Jianpi Huazhi pills,the comprehensive score of the content,water content,and dissolution time of Atractylodes LactoneⅠin Jianpi Huazhi pills were taken as the evaluation index.Results:The optimum preparation process was 100 mesh powder fineness,60℃drying temperature,and 12h drying time.Conclusion:The established TLC method is reasonable and feasible,the optimized preparation process is stable,the operation is simple,and the quality of Jianpi Huazhi pills can be effectively improved.
