基于“和法”治疗焦虑相关性失眠经验探析

摘　　要：焦虑相关性失眠是临床常见疾病,该病的根本病机可概括为阴阳失和,包括少阳气机不畅、心胃脏腑不和、厥阴寒热失衡。戴淑青教授基于“和法”理论,通过调理少阳气机升降、厥阴枢机开阖、心和脾胃升降治疗该病。总结戴淑青教授运用中医经典名方治疗焦虑相关性失眠的临证经验,并附医案三则以资佐证,以期更好改善该类患者的睡眠质量,缓解其抑郁及焦虑症状。Anxiety correlation insomnia is a clinical common disease.The basic pathogenesis of it can be summarized as the disharmony of Yin and Yang including the imbalance of Shaoyang Qi,the disorder of Zang and Fu as heart spleen and stomach,the imbalance of Jueyin cold and heat.Professor Dai Shuqing treats the disease based on the theory of“Harmonizing Method”by adjusting the the Shaoyang Qi movement,The opening and closing of the Jueyin pivot and the ascending and descending of spleen and stomach.Clinical Experience that Professor Dai Shuqing cures anxiety correlation insomnia with Chinese Medicine Classic prescription is summarized in this article.Three medical cases are provided as supports aiming to enhance sleep quality,relieve anxiety and depression symptoms.
