摘　　要：头痛证当分虚实,虚证多为“不荣则痛”实证多为“不通则痛”。李应存教授认为临床所见头痛多为虚实夹杂,致病因素往往并非单一出现,需根据头痛的部位、性质、发生时间、发作时长及出现的其他兼证辨证施治。介绍李应存教授运用调肝宣通法配伍相使药对川芎-白芷治疗头痛的临床经验,并附验案一则。There are two kinds of headache evidence:deficiency and excess,deficiency pattern is mostly“Bu Rong Ze Tong”,and the excess pattern is mostly“Bu Tong Ze Tong”.Professor Li Yingcun believes that most of the headaches seen in clinical practice are mixed between deficiency-excess complex,and the causative factors often do not appear alone,and need to be syndrome differentiation and treatment to the location,nature,time of occurrence,duration of onset and other concurrent pattern of headache.Professor Li Yingcun using the method of regulating the liver and promoting circulation,combined with the combination of phase promoting medicine,the experience of treating headache with Ligusticum chuanxiong and Radix Angelicae dahuricae is presented,and a medical case is attached.
