摘　　要：匡继林教授认为卵巢储备功能减退的病机以肾虚为本、血瘀为标,可兼有心肾不交、肝郁脾虚,治疗上自创“养巢增膜汤”为基础方,辨证论治、随症加减,根据个体化辅以西医治疗方案,同时注重心理疏导、生活调摄,将“治未病”思想贯穿始终,以改善卵巢功能,疗效显著。介绍匡继林教授治疗卵巢储备功能减退经验。To introduce Professor Kuang Jilin's experience in treating diminished ovarian reserve.Professor Kuang Jilin believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is based on kidney deficiency and blood stasis,which may have disharmony between heart and kidney,liver depression and spleen deficiency.The treatment is based on the self-created Yangchao Zengmo Decoction,the principleof syndrome differentiation,adding and subtracting with symptoms.According to the individual supplemented by western medicine treatment program,and the psychological guidance and life regulation are also emphasized.The idea of“preventive treatment of disease”runs through the whole,improving ovarian function,and the effect is remarkable.
