摘　　要：肛周脓肿、肛瘘及肛瘘术后炎症状态均为肛门直肠感染类疾病,属于中医肛周痈疡的范畴。通过多年临床经验总结,郑雪平教授认为该类疾病的病机以“湿、热”为主,治疗时强调灵活运用箍围法,在护场理论指导下,分期使用以乌蔹莓膏为代表的箍围药,达到“散-围-收”的治疗效果。该治疗方法在手术以外为治疗肛周痈疡类疾病提供了新的治疗思路,有较高的临床借鉴意义。Perianal abscess,anal fistula and postoperative inflammation of anal fistula are all diseases of anorectal infection,which belong to the category of perianal carbuncle in traditional Chinese medicine.Through many years of clinical experience summary,Professor Zheng Xueping believes that the pathogenesis of these diseases is mainly“dampness and heat”,and emphasizes the flexible use of guwei therapy during treatment.Under the guidance of the theory of field protection theory,encircling medicine represented by cayratia japonica cream are used in stages to achieve the purpose of“dispersing-encircling-collecting”.It provides a new idea for the treatment of perianal carbuncle and ulcer diseases in addition to surgery and has high clinical reference significance.
