摘　　要：偏头痛作为临床常见疾病,一直以来受到广泛关注。大量研究表明,中医药对偏头痛的治疗具有一定的疗效和优势。通过对近年来中医药治疗偏头痛瘀血阻滞证的相关文献进行分析总结,从病因病机以及中医内外治法疗效方面,对中医治疗偏头痛瘀血阻滞证的研究进行了综述。Migraine,as a common clinical disease,has been receiving widespread attention.A large number of studies have shown that Chinese medicine has certain efficacy and advantages in the treatment of migraine.By analyzing and summarizing the recent literature on the treatment of migraine with blood stasis and blood blockage in Chinese medicine,the following research on the treatment of migraine with blood stasis and blood blockage in Chinese medicine will be reviewed in terms of the etiology and pathogenesis as well as the efficacy of the internal and external treatments of Chinese medicine.
