摘  要:高等教育发展水平是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志。当前严重的区域不均衡问题是制约我国高等教育整体发展水平的重要瓶颈。运用熵权法对2020年我国31个省份的高等教育发展水平进行评测,并通过模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法从外部生态视角探索区域高等教育实现高水平发展的多元路径,揭示发展过程中的关键因素。结果发现,当前我国各省份高等教育发展水平差距仍然较大;存在文化领先型、经济主导下的产业升级助推型和资源禀赋型等三种典型路径可以实现区域高等教育高水平发展;区域科技创新能力成为影响地区高等教育发展的关键因素,而区域高等教育需求的支撑引领作用尚未得到凸显。面对不同地区资源要素配置的异质性,可分别从凝聚区域生态要素合力、发挥区域文化引领功能、促进区域产学研高质量协同、强化区域高等教育需求的支撑引领作用、聚焦区域科技创新转化等方面进一步推动区域高等教育发展水平提升。The development level of higher education is an important symbol of a country's development level and development potential.At present,the serious regional imbalance problem is an important bottleneck limiting the overall development level of higher education in China.The entropy weight method is applied to evaluate the development level of higher education in 31 provincial-level administrative regions in Chinese mainland in 2020,and the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA) method is used to explore the typical paths for regional higher educationto realize high-level development from an external ecological perspective,and to reveal the key factors in the development process from a holistic perspective.Firstly,the results show the considerable disparity of regional higher education development level in China.Besides,this article also finds there are three typical path to reach a high level of higher education,which are culture-leading type,resource-endowment type and industry-upgrading-boosting type dominated by economic.Moreover,it is concluded that the ability of scientific and technological innovation has become a key factor influencing the development of regional higher education,while the supporting and leading role of higher education demand has not yet been highlighted.Based on these conclusions,when facing the heterogeneity of the allocation of resource elements in different regions,we are supposed to further promote the development level enhancement of regional higher education through these ways:concentrating on the synergy of ecological elements,giving play to the leading function of regional culture,promoting the high-quality collaboration of regional industry-university-research,strengthening the supporting and leading role of regional higher education demands,and focusing on the transformation of regional scientificand technological innovation.
