创业教育对管理类专业学生创业意向的影响——以海南热带海洋学院国际学院为例

摘　　要：近十几年,创业活动在国内外迅速崛起,成为影响世界经济的强大力量。通过研究创业教育对于管理类专业学生的创业意向的影响,采用定量方法收集海南热带海洋学院国际学院350名学生数据作为样本,研究创业教育与创业意向之间的关系。研究发现,创业教育的五个维度,包括创业内容、自主学习、知识转移、知识应用和创业促进,对创业意向有积极影响,对于提高高校学生的创业意愿起到了非常积极的作用,为国际化、创新型人才培养提供理论体系和实践参考。In recent decades,entrepreneurial activities have risen rapidly at home and abroad,becoming a powerful force affecting the world economy.This paper investigates the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions of management students,using a quantitative approach to collect data from a sample of 350 students from the International College of Hainan Tropical Ocean University to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.It is found that five dimensions of entrepreneurship education,including entrepreneurial content,independent learning,knowledge transfer,knowledge application and entrepreneurship promotion,have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,which plays a significant positive role in improving the entrepreneurial intention of college students and improves the theoretical system and practical reference for the cultivation of internationalized and innovative talents.
