摘  要:以某2.6 Mt a逆流连续重整装置设计为例,通过对再生流程的升级,优化了氧氯化条件,提升了催化剂再生效果和操作便捷度;压缩机级间流程优化解决了级间凝液循环耗能问题。再生控制技术升级使再生过程更简单、安全、易于操控。耦合节能技术的开发进一步降低装置能耗。对反应器、加热炉等关键装备,平面布置及管道应力等方面进行一系列优化,提升了大型化重整性能和安全性。对中国石油化工集团有限公司逆流连续重整技术大型化开发进行总结,为超大规模重整装置设计提供了工程经验。Taking the design of a 2.6 Mt a SINOPEC countercurrent continous catalytic reforming(SCCCR)unit as an example,through the upgrading of the regeneration process,the conditions of oxychlorination were optimized to improve the catalyst regeneration effect and operation convenience.The energy consumption problem of condensate circulation between stages was solved by the optimization of compressor interstage flow.The upgrade of regeneration control scheme made the regeneration process simpler,safer and easier to control.The development of coupled energy-saving technology further reduced the energy consumption of the unit.In addition,a series of optimization has been carried out in key equipment such as reactor and heating furnace,plant layout and pipeline stress analysis,so as to improve the performance and safety of large-scale SCCCR unit.This paper summarized the large-scale development of SCCCR unit and provided engineering experience for the design of mega-scale catalytic reforming unit.
