摘 要:十六烷值是衡量柴油着火特性的关键指标,反映了柴油在发动机中的燃烧特点。目前,测定柴油十六烷值的方法主要分为发动机直接测试法和定容燃烧模拟测定法,每类方法下又涵盖了多种测定方法。从方法原理和精密度等多方面对比了各种方法的测试特点,并进行了多种十六烷值测定方法的比对试验,总结了各个方法的优缺点和适用性。最后归纳了十六烷值测定领域目前存在的问题,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。Cetane number is the key index to measure the ignition of diesel fuel,which reflects the combustion characteristics of diesel in engine.At present,the test methods of measuring cetane number of diesel are mainly divided into engine direct test method and constant volume combustion simulation method,each of which includes several test methods.In this paper,the test characteristics of each method were compared from the principle and precision of the method,the comparison tests of various cetane number test methods were carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of each method were summarized.Finally,the existing problems in the field of cetane number testing were summarized and the future development direction was prospected.
