建立老龄宜居学的若干思考(上)

摘　　要：定居生活是人类文明延续发展的基础性因素。建筑是实现定居生活和生产目的的关键要件。工业革命特别是“二战”以来,全球硬件体系迎来大发展大繁荣时代。现有社会硬件体系难以适应老龄社会特别是超老龄社会的要求,在居民住宅、社区环境、公共服务设施、交通出行、信息化建设、房地产交易市场、新生业态等诸多方面隐含的风险日益凸显。现有社会硬件体系难以适应老龄社会的问题不是人口老龄化标志的老龄社会本身的内生性问题,其根子在于人类长远眼光的缺失,关键原因在于人类行为的滞后性。在人类从年轻社会迈向老龄社会这一过程中,建筑以至社会硬件体系重建的新方向就是宜居革命。在传统建筑学的基础上,老龄宜居学这一综合性学科将应运而生。未来的老龄宜居产业产能巨大,是新的未来基建经济,它将离人更近,更能使人体验到生命的价值和意义。Settled life is a fundamental factor for the continuous development of human civilization,and architecture is a key element in realizing settled life and production.Since the Industrial Revolution,especially World War Il,the global hardware system has witnessed an era of great development and prosperity.The existing social hardware system cannot adapt to the requirements of an aging society,especially a super-aged society,and risks implied in residential housing,community environment,public service facilities,transportation,information technology development,real estate market,and new business forms are becoming increasingly prominent.This decoupling is not an endogenous problem of the aging society itself,which is a symbol of population aging.The root cause is lack of farsightedness of human beings,and the key reason is their lags in action.In the process of the transition from a young society to an aging one,the new direction of architecture transformation and even social hardware system improvement,is the livability reform.On the basis of the traditional architecture,a new comprehensive discipline of community livability in older age is to emerge.This industry,the new infrastructure economy of the future,has a huge potential.It will be closer to human beings and enable them to experience the value and meaning of life.
