摘 要:针对燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组余热锅炉选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统氨逃逸率高的问题,通过对燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组排放的烟气NO_(x)中NO_(2)含量高,且过量NO_(2)的反应速度慢的机理研究,分析了余热锅炉SCR脱硝系统氨逃逸率高的原因及危害;提出了通过燃烧调整、更换新型催化剂、流场优化及精准喷氨等技术措施可有效降低氨逃逸率。In order to solve the problem of high ammonia escape rate in the selective catalytic reducation(SCR)denitrification system of the waste heat boiler of the gas-steam combined cycle unit,the mechanism of high NO_(2) content and slow reaction rate of excessive NO_(2) in the flue gas NO_(x) emitted by the gas steam combined cycle unit was studied.The reasons and hazards of high ammonia escape rate in the waste heat boiler SCR denitrification system were analyzed;Technical measures such as combustion adjustment,replacement of new catalysts,flow field optimization,and precise ammonia injection have been proposed to effectively reduce ammonia escape rate.
