摘　　要：大学生创新创业训练计划项目是高校创新创业教育落地的重要方式,旨在培养大学生创新精神和创业意识,锻炼实践能力,提高综合素质,创新高校人才培养模式,是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、人才强国战略的重要举措。当前高校大学生创新创业训练计划项目管理存在职能部门缺乏联动性、前期培育和过程管理不完善、教师指导缺乏实效性等方面的问题。坚持制度机制创新、做好顶层设计、强化前期培育和过程管理、优化教师队伍建设、整合协同合作平台、改革激励措施等,有利于优化高校大学生创新创业训练计划项目管理,推进创新创业教育。College students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program is an important way to implement innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,aiming to cultivate college students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness,exercise practical ability,improve comprehensive quality,and innovate the talent training mode in colleges and universities.It is an important measure for China to implement innovation-driven development strategy and workforce development strategy.At present,there are some problems in the project management of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program,such as the lack of linkage among functional departments,the imperfection of training in the early stage and process management,and the lack of timeliness of teacher guidance.Adhering to system and mechanism innovation,implementing the top-level design,strengthening the training in the early stage and process management,optimizing the teaching staff construction,integrating collaborative cooperation platforms,and reforming incentive measures are conducive to optimizing the project management of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program and promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
