摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想是建设美丽中国的根本遵循。习近平生态文明思想内涵深邃,贯穿和蕴涵着战略思维、辩证思维、系统思维、底线思维、历史思维等科学思维方法。战略思维要求从全局、长远和整体上把握生态文明建设。辩证思维要求在生态文明建设全过程都贯彻辩证法的“两点论”“重点论”,把“两点论”与“重点论”统一起来。系统思维要求在生态环境保护和修复、生态治理等领域遵循系统的整体性原则。底线思维要求坚守自然生态底线,科学研判环境风险,做到居安思危。历史思维要求牢记生态兴衰历史教训,树立环保大历史眼光,坚定建设美丽中国历史自信。贯彻这些科学思维方法,对于推动生态治理现代化具有重大意义。Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is the fundamental principle to be followed in building a beautiful China.Its profound content includes scientific thinking methods such as strategic thinking,dialectical thinking,systemic thinking,bottom-line thinking and historical thinking.Strategic thinking requires us to view the construction of ecological civilization from an overall,long-term and holistic perspective.Dialectical thinking requires us to be aware of the principal contradiction and the principal aspect of a contradiction on the one hand,and the non-principal contradiction and nonprincipal aspect of a contradiction on the other;and on that basis focus our effort on the former as the key to problem solving in the whole process of ecological civilization construction.Systemic thinking requires us to view any system as a whole in ecological and environmental protection and restoration,and ecological governance.Bottom-line thinking requires us to adhere to the bottom line of natural ecology,scientifically study and assess environmental risks,and remain alert in times of peace.Historical thinking requires us to keep in mind the historical lessons of the rise and fall of ecological civilization,have a historical vision of environmental protection,and maintain firm confidence in building a beautiful China.The implementation of these scientific thinking methods is of great significance for promoting the modernization of ecological governance.
