列宁帝国主义论视野下的金融霸权及其影响

摘　　要：2022年年初以来美联储持续加息以及美西方的对俄制裁,让人们进一步认识到金融霸权肆虐的深刻影响。如今,金融霸权已日益成为美西方攫取全球财富以及实现经济与政治企图的重要武器,这与列宁帝国主义论中所论述的金融资本的形成有重要关联,金融资本的统治加强了拥有金融“实力”的国家的霸权地位。金融霸权在为国际垄断资本带来巨大利益的同时,也会影响发达国家间及其与发展中国家的关系,使资本主义的深层次矛盾加剧。在金融霸权的冲击下,多国开始探索“去美元化”。只有构建合理的多边国际金融体系以及国际经济秩序,践行真正的多边主义,才是对抗金融霸权的正确路径。Since the beginning of 2022,the US Federal Reserve's continuous interest rate hikes and the US-West sanctions against Russia have led to a further understanding of the profound impact of the ravages of financial hegemony.Today,financial hegemony has increasingly become an important weapon for the United States and the West to seize global wealth and realize their economic and political intentions,which is mainly related to what Lenin refers to in his theory of imperialism as the formation of financial capital,and the domination of which strengthens the hegemonic position of countries with financial “power”.While financial hegemony brings huge benefits to international monopoly capital,it also affects relations between developed countries and between developed countries and developing countries,aggravating the deep-seated contradictions of capitalism.Therefore,under the impact of financial hegemony,many countries began to explore “de-dollarization”.The right way to confront financial hegemony requires the building of a reasonable multilateral international financial system and international economic order,as well as the practice of genuine multilateralism.
