摘  要:目的 探讨3D数字打印导航模板技术在青少年脊柱侧弯手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月郑州市骨科医院收治的72例青少年脊柱侧弯患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组以常规手段进行椎弓根螺钉固定矫形术治疗,观察组以3D数字打印导航模板技术辅助椎弓根螺钉固定矫形术。对比两组手术情况、并发症发生率、术中置钉有效率、脊柱活动度等。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术中透视次数、术后住院时间均小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.56%,2/36)低于对照组(22.22%,8/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041<0.05)。治疗后,观察组置钉有效率(91.67%,33/36)高于对照组(72.22%,26/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.600,P=0.032<0.05)。术前,两组脊柱活动度比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,两组脊柱活动度均高于术前,且观察组脊柱活动度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 3D数字打印导航模板技术在青少年脊柱侧弯手术中应用效果良好,能够减少患者术后出血量,缩短手术时间,提高螺钉置钉准确率,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者术后脊柱活动度。Objective To investigate the application effect of 3D digital printing navigation template technology in adolescent scoliosis surgery. Methods Seventy-two adolescent patients with scoliosis admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divide into a control group and an observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group underwent pedicle screw fixation and orthodontic surgery using conventional methods, and the observation group assisted with pedicle screw fixation and orthodontic surgery using 3D digital printing navigation template technology. The progress of surgery, incidence of complications, effectiveness of intraoperative nail placement, and spinal mobility between the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had shorter surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency, and postoperative hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.56%, 2/36) was lower than that in the control group(22.22%, 8/36), and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=4.181, P=0.041<0.05).After treatment, the effective rate of nail placement in the observation group was(91.67%, 33/36), which was higher than that in the control group(72.22%, 26/36), with significant difference(χ^(2)=4.600, P=0.032<0.05).Before surgery, there was no significant difference in spinal mobility between the two groups(P>0.05). Three months after surgery, the spinal mobility of both groups was higher than those before surgery, and the spinal mobility of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of 3D digital printing navigation template technology in adolescent scoliosis surgery is effective, which can reduce the postoperative bleeding, shorten the surgical time, improve screw placement accuracy, reduce the postoperative complications, and improve the postoperative spinal
