摘  要:为研究母语陆空通话环境下我国航线飞行员复诵差错影响因素,采集跨越不同地区的26.1 h陆空通话录音,转录为2760句中文陆空通话,提取陆空通话特征、管制员特征、飞行员特征和环境特征4个维度的11个影响因素,基于影响因素指标对陆空通话语句进行赋值,通过描述性分析、克瓦氏方差分析和二元Logistic回归分析处理赋值数据,辅以深度访谈,对比分析塔台、进近、区域管制区内飞行员复诵差错的影响因素。结果表明:通话复杂程度、标准术语使用和频率干扰在各管制区均对复诵差错有显著影响;期盼倾向在塔台和进近管制区对复诵差错有显著影响;高度信息和管制地区仅在区域管制区对复诵差错有显著影响。研究结果可用于优化各管制区内管制员监听和飞行员复诵培训,减少语音通信人因差错的发生。To study the factors affecting readback error among different control areas by airline transport pilot conducting radiotelephony communication in their native language,26.1 hours of Chinese radiotelephony communication recordings of 17 flights from various control regions were collected and converted to 2760 transmissions.The control areas are the aerodrome control area,approach control area,and area control area.The control regions include North China,Northeast,East China,Central and Southern,Southwest,Northwest,and Xinjiang air traffic control regions.4 dimensions of 11 factors were concluded,which are radiotelephony transmission features,controller characteristics,pilot characteristics,and environmental factors.Descriptive analysis,Kruskal-Wallis H test,and logistic regression model were used to analyze the data,and in-depth interviews among controllers and pilots were conducted.The results of the Kruskal-Wallis H test show that the complexity of radiotelephony transmission,usage of standard phraseologies,altitude information,pilot expectation,control region,the busyness of radio communication,and radio interference are significantly correlated with pilot readback error.Based on the results of the Kruskal-Wallis H test,logistic regression models were established to analyze the data from the aerodrome,approach,and area control areas respectively.Besides,in-depth interviews among 5 pilots and 5 controllers with different years of working experience were conducted to collect data on their opinion on factors affecting pilot readback error based on their working experience.The results of logistic regression show:in all three control areas,the complexity of radiotelephony transmission,usage of standard phraseologies,and radio interference are significantly correlated with pilot readback errors;the pilot expectation is significantly correlated with pilot readback errors in aerodrome and approach control areas;altitude information and control region are significantly correlated with pilot readback errors in the area c
