摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定肝维康片中代表性活性成分马鞭草苷、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷、甘草苷、甘草酸铵和毛蕊异黄酮的含量。方法采用Agilent ZOBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸水-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为240 nm(马鞭草苷、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、毛蕊异黄酮和甘草酸铵),275 nm(甘草苷和连翘苷)和310 nm(连翘酯苷A),柱温30℃。结果8个目标成分分别在相应的范围内呈良好的线性关系;马鞭草苷、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、连翘酯苷A、连翘苷、甘草苷、甘草酸铵和毛蕊异黄酮的加样回收率在97.5%~104.8%之间,RSD值小于3.8%。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,为肝维康片中8个成分的含量同时测定研究提供了方法参考。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneously determination of eight active ingredients in Ganweikang tablets,including verbenin,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,4-O-β-D-Glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol,forsythoside A,forsythin,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid ammonium and calycosin.METHODS The quantitative analysis was performed on an Agilent ZOBAX SB-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with gradient elution of 0.1%formic acid-acetonitrile.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelengths were set at 240 nm for verbenin,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,4-O-β-D-Glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol,calycosin andglycyrrhizic acid ammonium.275 nm for liquiritin and forsythin,and 310 nm for forsythoside A.The column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS Eight components showed a good linear relationship in the corresponding range.The sample recoveries of verbenin,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,4-O-β-D-Glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol,forsythoside A,forsythin,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid ammonium and calycosin were between 97.5%-104.8%with RSD value less than 3.8%.CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate,specific and reproducible,which provides a reference for the simultaneous determination of eight components in Ganweikang tablets.
