热毒宁注射液对肺部感染患者的临床有效性和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探究热毒宁注射液治疗肺部感染的安全性和有效性。方法使用CHPS提取2017~2021年间某院收治的使用热毒宁注射液治疗的肺部感染患者的治疗信息753例为治疗组,同时按时间段匹配相应数量的未使用热毒宁注射液治疗的肺部感染患者的治疗信息753例为对照组。对两组患者静脉使用激素的疗程、住院期间抗菌药物的使用情况、重症或危重症患者的治愈情况、治疗结局、住院时间及药物不良反应等进行比较。结果治疗组抗菌药物升阶梯治疗的比例低于对照组,为(9.6%vs.12.9%,P<0.05);治疗组重症或危重症患者的治愈率、治疗总有效率高于对照组,分别为(9.4%vs.6.6%,P<0.05)、(95.8%vs.93.1%,P<0.05);治疗组静脉使用激素的疗程整体上少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应发生率相似(1.2%vs.1.3%,P>0.05),其中热毒宁注射液相关药品不良反应1例。结论热毒宁注射液治疗肺部感染可以缩短激素的治疗时间、优化抗菌药物的使用,增加重症、危重症的治愈率、提高总有效率,同时不增加药物不良反应,安全可靠。OBJECTIVE To investigate the safety and efficacy of Reduning injection in the treatment of pulmonary infections.METHODS The medical information of 753 patients with lung infection treated with Reduning injection(treatment group)in a hospital from 2017 to 2021 was collected by China Hospital Pharmacovigilance system(CHPS),while an equivalent number of patients with lung infection who were not treated with Reduning injection during the same period(control group)were matched.Duration of intravenous hormone use,antibiotic use during hospitalization,efficacy in patients in severe or critical condition,treatment outcomes,length of stay,and adverse drug reactions(ADRs)between the two groups of patients were compared.RESULTS The percentage of patients on escalation antibiotic therapy in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(9.6%vs.12.9%,P<0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate in patients in severe or critical condition in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(9.4%vs.6.6%,P<0.05)and(95.8%vs.93.1%,P<0.05),respectively.Duration of intravenous hormone use in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ADRs was similar between the two groups(1.2%vs.1.3%,P>0.05),with 1 case of ADR occurring in the treatment group.CONCLUSION When used for pulmonary infection,Reduning injection is safe and reliable because it can shorten duration of steroid treatment,optimize the antibiotic use,increase the cure rate of severe and critical patients,improve the total effective rate without increasing the incidence of ADRs.
