儿保门诊中婴幼儿喂养困难及处理对策研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿保门诊中婴幼儿喂养困难发生的相关原因,并探讨针对性的处理对策。方法选取2022年9月-2023年7月南雄市人民医院儿保门诊收治的常规行健康体检的婴幼儿210例。观察所有婴幼儿的喂养困难发生率、喂养困难婴幼儿的年龄段分布情况、喂养困难婴幼儿的原因分布情况。结果经分析,所有210例婴幼儿当中,共有45例(21.4%)发生喂养困难。其中,占比最多的为轻度喂养困难:18例(40.0%),中度喂养困难有17例(37.8%)。在45例喂养困难婴幼儿当中,年龄段分布占比最多的为6-24个月。喂养困难婴幼儿的原因分布方面,占比最多的原因为口腔功能问题。结论婴幼儿喂养困难问题不容忽视,此现象主要分布在6-24月龄的婴幼儿当中,而导致婴幼儿发生喂养困难的主要原因为口腔功能问题。儿保门诊医生需要依据不同婴幼儿的具体情况给予针对性的干预措施。Objective Explore the relevant reasons for the occurrence of feeding difficulties in infants and young children during outpatient care,and explore targeted management strategies.Method Select 210 infants and young children who underwent routine health examinations from September 2022 to July 2023 at our hospital's child care clinic.Observe the incidence of feeding difficulties in all infants and young children,the age distribution of feeding difficulties in infants and young children,and the distribution of causes of feeding difficulties in infants and young children.Result After analysis,out of all 210 infants and young children,a total of 45(21.4%)experienced feeding difficulties.Among them,the highest proportion were mild feeding difficulties:18 cases(40.0%)and moderate feeding difficulties:17 cases(37.8%).Among all 45 infants and young children with feeding difficulties,the age group with the highest proportion is 6-24 months old.In terms of the distribution of reasons for feeding difficulties in infants and young children,the highest proportion is due to oral function problems.Conclusion The incidence of feeding difficulties among infants and young children cannot be ignored,mainly distributed among infants and young children aged 6 to 24 months.The main cause of feeding difficulties in infants and young children is oral function problems.Children's health clinic doctors need to provide targeted interventions based on the specific situation of different infants and young children.
