补充不同钙剂对机采血小板外周血中血清总钙和甲状旁腺素的影响

摘　　要：目的研究机采血小板采集前补充不同种类的钙剂对外周血中血清总钙和甲状旁腺素(PTH)的影响。方法2020年6月随机抽取天津市血液中心机采血小板固定献血者30例,分两个批次收集数据,第一批次为葡萄糖酸钙口服液组,第二批次为乳酸钙颗粒组,每组均为30名献血者,在采集开始时、采集第20分钟,采集第40分钟收集外周血中血清总钙和甲状旁腺素(PTH)指标并进行统计分析。结果葡萄糖酸钙组和乳酸钙颗粒组在采集开始时、采集第20分钟、采集第40分钟对血清总钙和甲状旁腺素影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论机采血小板采集前服用钙剂会稳定外周血中血清总钙的水平,减少钙离子的流失,降低血清PTH升高的幅度,从而降低献血反应的发生,可服用葡萄糖酸钙口服液和乳酸钙颗粒冲剂,二者无显著差异。Objective To investigate the effects of different types of calcium supplementation on peripheral blood serum total calcium and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in peripheral blood before platelet collection.Methods In June 2020,a random 30 cases of plateletfixed blood donors were randomly sampled from Tianjin Blood Center,and the data were collected in two batches,the first batch(calcium gluconate group)and the second batch(calcium lactate granule group)(the same 30 blood donors),at the beginning of the collection,the 20th minute of collection,the collection of the 40th minute of the collection of serum total calcium and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in peripheral blood and statistical analysis.Results There was no statistical significance on the effect of calcium gluconate group and calcium lactate granule group on serum total calcium and parathyroid hormone at the beginning of the collection,the 20th minute of collection,the collection of the 40th minute of the collection of serum total calcium and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in peripheral blood and statistical analysis(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference between taking calcium in the peripheral blood before platelet collection and taking calcium lactate particles,reducing the loss of calcium ions,and reducing the amplitude of serum PTH increase,thereby reducing the occurrence of blood donation reaction.
