摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定蒺藜中蒺藜皂苷D含量的方法。方法采用的色谱柱为InertSustain C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),柱温30℃,以乙腈-水(45∶55)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,使用ELSD-6000型蒸发光散射检测器。结果蒺藜皂苷D对照品在0.206-1.030μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996,n=6),平均回收率为104.25%。结论HPLC-ELSD法精密度、重复性、回收率良好,适用于蒺藜药材中蒺藜皂苷D的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determining terrestrosin D content in Tribulus Fructus.Methods The analytical column was InertSustain C18(250×4.6mm,5μm).The column temperature was maintained at 30℃.The mobile phrase consisted of acetonitrile-water(45∶55).The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The detector was ELSD-6000 style.Results A good linearity relationship of the sample size of terrestrosin D in the range of 0.206-1.030μg(r=0.9996,n=6).The average recovery was 104.25%.Conclusion The method of HPLC-ELSD had good accuracy,repeatability and recovery rate.It can be used to determine of terrestrosin D content in Tribulus Fructus.
