摘  要:目的研究脊柱骨折患者护理中应用健康教育的效果。方法80例脊柱骨折患者均于2021年1月-2022年6月期间在北京市昌平区医院进行手术治疗。根据双色球法随机分组,对照组(n=40)施以常规健康教育,观察组(n=40)施以系统化健康教育。观察两组的宣教效果。结果观察组的健康知识掌握率(95.00%)以及干预结束后的GSES评分、满意度(97.50%)均高于对照组,干预后的PSQI评分、ODI指数以及并发症发生率(5.00%)均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1-3天,观察组患者的NRS评分低于对照组,术后第2-3天,GCQ评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化健康教育应用在脊柱骨折患者护理中的效果令人满意,可提升健康知识掌握率以及自我效能,减轻患者疼痛感,提高舒适度以及降低并发症发生率。Objective To study the effect of health education in the nursing of patients with spinal fracture.Methods Eighty patients with spinal fractures were treated surgically in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022.All the patients were randomly divide into two groups according to the bicolor sphere method.The control group(n=40)was given routine health education and the observation group(n=40)was given systematic health education.The effect of propaganda was observed.Results The rate of mastering health knowledge(95.00%),the score of GSES and the degree of satisfaction(97.50%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.After intervention,PSQI score,ODI index and complication rate(5.00%)were lower than those of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of NRS in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation,the GCQ score of the observation group was higher than the control group on the 2nd and 3rd day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic health education in the nursing care of patients with spinal fracture is satisfactory,it can improve the rate of health knowledge and self-efficacy,reduce pain,improve comfort and reduce the incidence of complications.
