摘  要:目的评估视频宣教联合Teach-back在脊柱外科手术患者中的应用对宣教效果、患者自我管理能力和手术恢复的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月收治的脊柱外科手术患者69例为本研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,观察组(n=36)接受视频宣教联合Teach-back护理,对照组(n=33)仅接受传统护理宣教。对比两组术后并发症发生率、健康教育知晓率、自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,健康教育知晓率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频宣教联合Teach-back在脊柱外科手术患者中的应用能够显著提升宣教效果、患者自我管理能力和手术恢复水平,通过增强患者对宣教内容的理解和反馈,视频宣教联合Teach-back能够更好地满足脊柱外科手术患者的教育需求,并促进其积极参与术后自我管理,从而减少并发症的发生,加快康复进程。Objective To evaluate the effects of video teaching combined with Teach-back on teaching effectiveness,self-management ability and surgical recovery in patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods A total of 69 spinal surgery patients treated from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as subjects of this study and divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group(n=36)received video education combined with Teach-back nursing,while the control group(n=33)only received traditional nursing education.The postoperative complication rate,health education awareness rate,self-management ability score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the awareness rate of health education was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-management scores and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the self-management scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video Teach-back combination in spinal surgery patients can significantly improve the teaching effect,patients'self-management ability and surgical recovery level.By enhancing patients'understanding and feedback of the teaching content,video Teach-back combination can better meet the educational needs of spinal surgery patients.And promote their active participation in postoperative self-management,so as to reduce the occurrence of complications and speed up the rehabilitation process.
