摘　　要：目的总结在突发公共卫生事件中普通住院病区在护理信息化失效情境下面临的护理管理风险,讨论应急处置策略,为完善医院信息系统设置及应急处置过程提供参考。方法通过护理管理个案的形式,对此次突发公共卫生事件中负性事件的处置应对过程进行梳理总结和讨论。结果通过合理部署医护人力资源、转运流程梳理、分工,及时梳理和准确标记电子护士站床位、所在楼层等一般通用信息,重视职工工作账号的登记以便批量转移,对具有信息传输记录功能的仪器设备及新建二级库房物资、耗材及时启动数据和属性的转移,根据收治病种特点尽快补充、完善护理文件书写模块,对护士排班系统等辅助管理功能的失效使用其他替代方式等方法,可快速有效地扭转信息失效带来混乱和风险的局面。结论医院护理信息化建设过程中,应预见性地对护士工作站功能模块进行完善,避免选择如上所述信息失效情景的病区转换策略,规避上述护理管理风险,确保病区安全。Objective To summarize the nursing management risks faced by ordinary inpatient wards in public health emergencies under the scenario of nursing informatization failure,to discuss emergency handling strategies,and to provide reference for improving the setting of hospital information system and emergency handling process.Method In the form of nursing management cases,the handling and response process of negative events in this public health emergency wa summarized,summarized and discussed.Results Through the rational deployment of medical and nursing human resources,the sorting and division of labor in the transfer process.Timely sort out and accurately mark general information such as the bed location and floor of the electronic nurse station;pay attention to the registration of employee work accounts for batch transfer;timely start the transfer of data and attributes of instruments and equipment,newly built secondary warehouse materials,and consumables with information transmission and recording functions;supplement and improve the nursing document writing module as soon as possible according to the characteristics of the treated disease;the use of other alternative methods for the failure of auxiliary management functions such as nurse scheduling system can quickly and effectively reverse the chaos and risk caused by information failure.Conclusions In the process of hospital nursing informatization construction,the functional module of nurse workstation should be improved predictably.Avoid choosing the ward conversion strategy of the information failure scenario mentioned above,avoid the above nursing management risks,and ensure the safety of the ward.
